This model is also available in the SL version. The SL back length is specific for women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The carrying system in the SL model is therefore somewhat shorter than in the deuter standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy. The Benefits
The special shape of the back padding with recesses covered in snow shedding material means snow cannot stick to it, which prevents moisture from penetrating, and results in all-day-Long carrying comfort.
Green Button certified product
This product carries the Green Button for its textile components. deuter works with the Green Button, a German government-run certification label for textile products.
The Green Button sets social and environmental requirements for textile production and checks whether these requirements are met within the certification scope. It also looks at how the company works, including management and purchasing practices.

Made without intentionally added PFAS
PFAS, sometimes also referred to as PFCs, have been used in outdoor textile finishes for their water-, dirt-, and greaserepellent properties. Many PFAS are highly persistent and can accumulate in the environment over time.
Since 2020, deuter has used DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes without intentionally added PFAS. These finishes are selected in line with deuter’s chemical management requirements and applicable product safety standards.
