Description

This duffel bag with TPU-coated material is perfect for longer adventures. It has stowable shoulder straps that combine as a carrying handle. With a secure, lockable zipper on the main compartment, and with roomy internal compartments and side pockets, this duffel bag is deceptively spacious and quick and easy to pack and unpack. Internal compression straps keep contents in place during transit.

600D PES TPU

Our tried and tested, tear and abrasion resistant polyester fabric is 100% waterproof thanks to its PU coating, and extremely robust. Traditionally derived from tarpaulin material, it is ideal for duffel bags, backpack bottoms such as our Waldfuchs 14 or other areas that endure extreme mechanical stress.

> D stands for Denier – a unit of measurement for yarn weight. 600D means that 9,000 meters of yarn weigh 600 grams. The higher the value, the more robust (and often heavier) the material.
> PES stands for Polyester. Polyester fibers are highly tear- and abrasion-resistant, easy to care for, and absorb very little moisture.
> PA stands for Polyamide (also known as nylon). Polyamide fibers are especially durable, elastic, and lightweight – ideal for textiles subject to high stress.
> REC stands for Recycled – the material is made entirely or partially from recycled resources.

Made without intentionally added PFAS

PFAS, sometimes also referred to as PFCs, have been used in outdoor textile finishes for their water-, dirt-, and greaserepellent properties. Many PFAS are highly persistent and can accumulate in the environment over time.

Since 2020, deuter has used DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finishes without intentionally added PFAS. These finishes are selected in line with deuter’s chemical management requirements and applicable product safety standards.
